I use AI to brainstorm ideas, organize information, summarize and better understand concepts, improve the clarity of my writing, and receive feedback on drafts. I may also use it to help with formatting, structure, and suggesting alternative ways to communicate an idea.
Where I Don’t
I do not rely on AI to determine my personal opinions, experiences, or perspectives. The ideas and experiences I share about myself are my own, and I decide what is ultimately included in my work.
How I Check
I review AI-generated suggestions before using them and make changes when they do not accurately represent my ideas or writing style. For factual or research-based information, I check the original or reliable sources rather than assuming an AI-generated response is correct.

I am. If something appears on this website, I have chosen to publish it and take responsibility for its accuracy and presentation.
